HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All our products are made to order to ensure quality and personalization. Most products take approximately 4-5 weeks to create and ship. Contact us at hello@loveleefinejewelry.com with any other questions regarding processing time. At times, we may offer Ready to Ship pieces. 


ARE LOVELEE FINE JEWELRY’S PRODUCTS MADE OF QUALITY MATERIAL?

Absolutely! Our products are made of only the finest quality materials. The quality of stones and metals naturally differ, but we pride ourselves in ensuring each ring is crafted with the best of the best! Since each ring is unique, we make sure to specify the materials in the details section of each listing.


ARE LOVELEE FINE JEWELRY’S RINGS AND STONES ETHICALLY SOURCED?

Yes, all materials used for production of your jewelry are ethically sourced from the highest trusted vendors around the world.


DOES LOVELEE FINE JEWELRY ALLOW RETURNS?

Our products are meticulously crafted to your unique specifications, making each piece a bespoke creation from start to finish. Because of this personalized approach, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Unless the piece is defective upon arrival or broken, we do not allow returns. That includes custom pieces, engraved items. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the piece to LOVELEE FINE JEWELRY if the item breaks after wearing and we will help you with your warranty. Email Hello@LoveleeFineJewelry.com. If you receive a defective piece, please email us within 24 hours of receipt so that we may assist you. Defect claims may not be made after 48 hours of delivery. 


HOW ARE LOVELEE FINE JEWELRY’S RINGS MADE?

At LOVELEE FINE JEWELRY,  our design team works hard to brainstorm and design new styles and trends that we want to bring to life. Our talented and experienced goldsmiths bring these designs to reality. We also work with trusted vendors to source the highest quality of materials to make your dream ring a reality.


AM I ABLE TO DESIGN A CUSTOM PIECE?

Yes! We love helping customers create the ring of their dreams. We can customize any design found on our site or create a completely customized ring for you. We have a dedicated custom design team here to support you. Please see the Start Your Custom Design page to fill out our custom design request form and we will help make your dream a reality.


WHAT WARRANTIES DOES LOVELEE FINE JEWELRY OFFER?

We offer our 60-day limited warranty on all our products. The 60 days start from the day your order is received and covers the following: most repairs, and professional cleaning and inspections. If you want further protection after the 60 days, we recommend purchasing a JM Care Plan as we offer 3 year increments or lifetime. Please see our Care Plan and Insurance page for more information.


DOES LOVELEE FINE JEWELRY OFFER INSURANCE ON THEIR RINGS?

LOVELEE FINE JEWELRY does not offer any in-house insurance policies, but we do have a trusted third party we recommend. Jewelers Mutual is a great option as they are priced fairly and cover a large majority of issues (i.e. accident loss, theft or loss of center stone). Please see Care Plan and Warranty page for more information and to get a quote.


DOES LOVELEE FINE JEWELRY KEEP RINGS IN STOCK?

All our rings are made to order, so we do not keep all our products in stock. We often have some designs in inventory allowing us to take photos, measurements and use for appointments. Please reach out to us at hello@loveleefinejewelry.com if you have any specific questions.


DOES LOVELEE FINE JEWELRY MAKE WAX MODELS OR SEND OUT RINGS TO TRY ON?

We currently do not offer any wax molds or send rings for customers to try on. Our dedicated content team works hard to provide you with detailed photos and videos of our products so you can feel confident in ordering your dream ring. If you are unable to find what you are looking for, please reach out to us at hello@loveleefinejewelry.com.


DOES MY PURCHASE COME WITH A RING BOX?

All our products are shipped in secure packaging customized to the type of jewelry purchased. All full priced rings are shipped in our luxury LED lit, pink jewelry box. BOXED By Becka pieces may come in a labeled pouch or other packaging. 


HOW DO I GET MY RING REPAIRED?

We are so sorry to hear that your jewelry needs to be repaired. Please email hello@loveleefinejewelry.com with your order number an explanation of the issue. Our dedicated repairs team will be able to provide you with solutions and assistance. We will provide you with the information needed to ship your ring in for repair. Please note, we do not cover repair expenses or replace pave stones from fall out. If you are aggressive with your pieces, please steer away from pave stones. 


HOW CAN I EXPEDITE MY ORDER?

Depending on the product, we may be able to expedite the process. Please email us at hello@loveleefinejewelry.com with the details of what you are looking to purchase along with the date you are hoping to receive the order by. We will do our best to help you meet your timeline, but we ask that you please keep in mind that all rings are made to order.


ARE THERE ANY STORES THAT CARRY LOVELEE FINE JEWELRY RINGS?

We do not currently offer any of LOVELEE FINE JEWELRY’s designs in any brick-and-mortar stores. If you’d like to see any of our rings in person or virtually, please reach out via hello@loveleefinejewelry.com to set up an appointment.


DOES LOVELEE FINE JEWELRY TAKE APPOINTMENTS?

Yes! We are happy to schedule in-person or virtual appointments. Please email us at hello@loveleefinejewelry.com to book your appointment. We look forward to meeting with you!


WHAT ARE LOVELEE FINE JEWELRY’S BUSINESS HOURS?

We are open Monday through Friday from 10:00am – 4:30pm CST. If you reach out to us after hours, we will respond within the next day during business hours.


DOES LOVELEE FINE JEWELRY OFFER FINANCING?

We currently offer Klarna as a financing option. Simply choose Klarna at check out, as they are a third party. Unfortunately, Klarna is not an option for international customers at this time.


HOW DOES LOVELEE FINE JEWELRY SHIP MY RING?

We ship all our rings through Priority Mail 2-day shipping upon completion of your design and production. Production may take up to 4-6+ weeks. All packages are insured, and signature required. This cannot be changed; however, the signature does not have to match the name on the package. You’ll receive an email with the tracking number once shipped.


DOES IT SAY LOVELEE FINE JEWELRY ON THE SHIPPING LABEL?

No, the packaging label will say from “LOVELEE”. If you’d like to add discreet shipping or ask that your package be held at a postal location for pick up, please email our team with your order number. We are more than happy to help you surprise your loved ones!


FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING SHIPPING, CUSTOMS, AND DUTIES?

International customers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping, customs & duties for their orders. These costs vary based on your location and local governments. To see rough pricing, please continue through the checkout process.
