DOES LOVELEE FINE JEWELRY ALLOW RETURNS?

Our products are meticulously crafted to your unique specifications, making each piece a bespoke creation from start to finish. Because of this personalized approach, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Unless the piece is defective upon arrival or broken, we do not allow returns. That includes custom pieces, engraved items. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the piece to LOVELEE FINE JEWELRY if the item breaks after wearing and we will help you with your warranty, if you have purchased the jewelry insurance as listed below. If your jewelry is damaged during the shipping process or is deemed to be defective, please contact us at hello@loveleefinejewelry.com within 24 hours of receipt. Please include photos of the damaged item(s) for review, name, and order number.

Please Email us with any issues and pictures of your jewelry within 24 hours of delivery.  

Because all Lovelee Fine Jewelry pieces are custom made and ordered for you, all sales are final. Please make sure you know your true ring size before your purchase. We are happy to help you determine your sizing. 

If a return is granted for any extenuating circumstance, it will only be issued in store credit. Items purchased with a coupon code may not be returned or exchanged for any reason, no exceptions.

We take pride in our products and offer a 60 day warranty on all jewelry sold through our website. We guarantee that all items will be free from any manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. If you encounter any issues with your jewelry, please contact us and we will provide instructions for mailing the item back to our office for inspection. We offer a 60 day warranty on all of our jewelry, which covers any manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. However, if the damage is due to normal wear and tear, we cannot repair the item. We do not cover or insure the loss of larger Moissanite gems or jewelry. To protect against loss, we highly recommend obtaining jewelry insurance from a reputable company like Jewelers Mutual. While precious metals are softer by nature, any bending of bands, mountings, or prongs due to wear and tear or damage is not considered a defect in manufacturing and is therefore not covered by our warranty. We highly recommend insuring your Moissanite jewelry through a reputable company like Jewelers Mutual. If you lose a pave stone, we cannot repair the item.
